Information we collect
When you fill out a form on our website (for example a prayer request, a volunteer or event form, or a giving form), we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and your message. This information is stored on our website and sent to the church office so we can respond to you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to reply to your request, to provide the ministry, event, or service you asked about, and to stay in touch with you when you have asked us to.
Online giving and registrations
Online giving and event registrations are handled through Planning Center (Church Center) at flambc.churchcenter.com. When you give or register there, your information is collected and processed by Planning Center under their own privacy policy. Payment details are handled securely by Planning Center and its payment processor. The church does not see or store your card information.
Embedded content from other services
Some pages include content hosted elsewhere, such as our sermon and service videos on Vimeo, and a Google Maps map in the footer. These services can collect information about your visit and may set their own cookies, as described in their own privacy policies. Our maps and embedded media are set to load only after you choose to view them.

Our website uses cookies to help pages work properly and to remember your preferences. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Analytics
We do not currently use website analytics or advertising trackers. If this changes, we will update this policy.
How long we keep your information
We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you and to serve you, and for our own records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
